As I know, fraud case normally bear by bank unless it can proof that it is cardholder or merchant negligence . But, if the same merchant always have fraud case, bank will warn the merchant and I remember bank can pass the loss to merchant.

Last time my co receive love letter from Maybank due to fraud case (foreigner use fake card / stolen card) during 1 of my co roadshow. 3 days roadshow got 3 fraudulent transactions until bank send us love letter, some more need to ask us to go to attend training to learn how to verify whether the card is genuine.. god knows how foreigner bank credit card look like .that time still don have paywave yet. But my boss worry until ask us to collect cash from foreigner. Only accept local bank credit card.

Online - you must have received OTP to complete the transaction (except Boost SSL-EC).

So if you pay to a China or US site without OTP verification, you won't get Online CB though you may think it is an online transaction.

hi guys, i want to apply PB cc.
currently own maybank 2 platinum cards.

the reason i want to apply pb cards because of cashback.
most of my spending goes to groceries (giant), petrol( shell), bill( tnb, unifi) and etc like clinic( only accept visa n mc).

with mbb2platinum amex, i only get cashback from groceries and petrol on weekend. the rest of spending, i didnt get any cash back.
so would like to ask if the pb quantum mastercard is suitable for my need? paying the bills and others.
seem only dining n online shopping will getting me the cash back.

Get Quantum Visa, Quantum Mastercard, Visa Signature.
Quantum Visa - Paywave (at Groceries, Petrol, Utility, Clinic) RM600 -> RM30 CB.
Quantum MC - Online RM600 -> RM30 CB.
Visa Signature - Online/Dining/Groceries RM634 -> RM38 CB.

Guys, since starting september PBB Quantum Visa got 5% cashback on contactless (wave) transactions, I wonder whether I can request the bank to increase the limit on paywave transaction (currently RM250 limit for paywave).
