funny thing is, other banks Ambank, HSBC, AEON and SCB all approve my applications.

been applying PBB VS and Quantum master thru ringgitplus, anybody knows a different easier option?

from mid-June --> 9th July, that's less 1 statement cycle (partial), so no statement generated.

once u get 9 Aug statement, you only get RM38 cashback for period 10 July - 9 Aug.

for partial cycle from mid-June - 9 July, you need to write to PBB to get the cashback.

i've done this few times, others have done it as well. tedious, but just write to them. pbb is aware of this and so far honoring the cashback for partial-statement cycle.

you still can get full rm38 cb for partial statement.

just make sure the spending is according to statement date cutoff. the CS will calculate accordingly.

They use poslaju but they do mail drop.

Yay just picked up my Quantum Mastercard from a PBB branch today.  Applied by emailing them my existing Visa Signature card number, latest payslip and EPF statement.  No need forms.  Card ready at the preferred branch after 2 weeks.

Now need to keep track to maximise RM38 + RM30 cashback.

People usually only want Quantum MasterCard and not Visa. MC has cash back for online transactions while Visa doesn't have. When I added my Quantum on top of my VS that time, CS said I must apply both types of cards. After received them, I only activated the MC and called CS immediately to cancel the Visa card. It was cancelled immediately, removed from my PBe and no need to pay for SST.

Just now call to ask for SST rebate for the newly approved QV card. The customer service said cannot get rebate for 1st year...second year onward only can get rebate....     

Is this true from the officer?

Tried the same but was told that since I applied from RinggitPlus, I'm not eligible for such rebate even though I received no reward from RinggitPlus.

I called CS and successfully receive SST rebates. No minimum spending

I suggest requesting CS to create/escalate a case to management.

That was how I got mine.

Called just now....he said help to escalate to management for the sst cashback.... shall keep trying few times before giving up.       

This is the best offer for PBB. Not sure they are changing the RM180 Lazada voucher into some luggage promo already or not.
I've just redeem the code via Lazada app mobile.

Another good offer is HSBC RM500 voucher? I read somewhere for Mastercard (not sure over already or not). Then Visa is separate offer RM250 IINM.
