I'm the buyer Phase III Level 3 (Lot 224-C). Sign the S & P @ Oct 2007. Until now haven't receive the letter from developer to inform me that reach the 20% progress.

Yes, I agree with Ants. When you by pass the Jalan Bidara or Jalan Ipoh near the Perdana Residence, you can see the high tension cable at there.

The LATAR highway connect Assam Jawa & Templer Park with distance around 25km. It got 5 interchange which are ASSAM JAWA, IJOK, KUNDANG, KUANG, & TEMPLER PARK. (refer to LATAR highway)

At N.S.E, the name of exit 115 is Rawang Selatan (exit 116 is Rawang), so I believe that exit can connect to templer park.

There is awhile no follow the forum. Is great to c some one start to build a amansiara group. I can provide a forum and photo album on my website for amansiara group. goto testing forum, i setup this for testing purpose, I can modify to bcome amansiara community, if u guys need it. Any suggestion?

for update, my unit phase III now reach the stage 20%. (phase III 2nd row from bottom)

I think all of us will hope to avoid the traffic jam, no matter use the 1km U-turn or the flyover. But if with the flyover, at least we have 2 option when go to KL, right? This also can divide the traffic to 2 and slow down the congestion. I do hope developer can keep their promise to built a flyover for us. One of the reason I'm buying amansiara is coz by the flyover.

Also congratulation to phase I owner for will get the house key soon.
