why don't we suggest the place and vote for it..

I'm suggesting Taman Metropolitan Kepong (open & big space)

Dun Organise the meeting in KL center.....Traffic quite Jam...Since we bought the house near selayang, just have the meeting nea the Kepong Area like Metro Prima. I Think most of the people will know where is it...

me agree........place which no traffic jam and strategic........
metro prima sound ok to me.......

I think all have been sold out... maybe u can try to contact the developer to see whether any units are still available or not..

Fine to join any place for the gathering.. But that is saturday (21 Jun), should be crowded at Golden Triangle.. Maybe we should have the place at Kepong like what others suggested.. Metro Prima is ok for me.. Thanks for those who wish to break the ice..

but the venue ,can we change to selayang area,cuz aftr TT ,we can convoi to site & curi2 check out the place.
maybe selayang BBS,near stadium there or selayang summit.seems many of us seldom visit the site ,tis is a chance 2 peek arnd with groupie.
even can share some ideas on home-reno & other stuffs.
time: mayb in btwn 4-6pm..so can convoi to site.if late ,wil b dark knot c the houses.
any ideas?? keep on comin..

It's picture time!

the developer finally dismantle the fence at the site. woohoo! if you don't mind the dirt, just walk in have a look at the progress.

Finally! a glimpse of the type of fence used for the houses.



Seems like its time to build the roads, park and all



And the row below is having good progress in having all the roof tiled



Phase III at the top back is lookin' good. Same goes for the tall structure behind it. Still wondering what it could be. It looks complicated to be a water tower. The usual water towers I've seen have just a few thick pillars holding it, not like this one we're looking at.



In the masterplan area scale model we had seen before in the show house, it only ended before the TNB structure. No we see 2 new structures being built outside the perimeter. What could (A) and (B) be possibly be?

anybody can update on their latest unit progress?

mine, phase II latest update on Dec 07 at 45% untill today still no progress from them....

I think mine is the same at 45%. Phase II on May 2008.

The A point like wat alanyuppie ticked at previous picture, is indah water area... means.. u know?
The B point i think is clubhouse, as i asked one of the constractors down there.. the clubhouse should be around those 2 lorries there

This is the view from the opposite road, Garden Ville or something else.. forgot the name.. You might see the back side there.. I think it should be phase 2 if not mistaken.. a few rows of phase 2 already in their shape.. progress in good..


This is a valued picture as i took this picture at the opposite small high tension cable hill, being followed by few dogs that are trying to scare me out of their territory.. This picture gonna shows u the combination of phase 1 and phase 2.. (At least i guess those far left side should be phase 2)

thanks davidmay. thats GOLD. I could never snap those pics with phase 2. Can you let me know how you did it? Seems like you need to climb up to a higher ground to get a glimpse of phase 2 roofs.
