I am joining into this forum also, I bought Phase 3 level 4...

I had already subsribed for the electrical package for this house, but i have been told that the electrical point added would not be your favourite place when you have your renovation, let say you want to put your TV over the opposite side, or you dont seem to have your air-cond at master room. But I do have a renovation plan in my mind so i did subsribe the electrical package instead of renovate it later. So all of you dont need to worry about the electrical package since this package is already closed due to the planning has been submitted to the contractor to finalise the construction.

Quite surprised to see so many Amansiarers here. Yeah, as the previous Amansiarers said, maybe we can create a community for our future home.

I think the electrical package is only sent to the buyer who bought the house earlier than 26 Dec, perhaps early October if not mistaken, cos my relative also bought the same property and just a few weeks later than me, she also din get the electrical package from the developer.

I think should be those Level 1 corner unit, cos there will be a corner garden area for the Level 1 buyer, but of course those neightbours who are staying upstair can look at your garden or even..... haha

Well i do like to highlight that i bought Phase 3 LeveL 4, not level 3..

I think the phase 1 should be finished very soon.. Since the progress we could see as posted before.. Phase 3 is on their way for the beginning stage.. Phase 2 i think should be reaching more than 50%..

Well, i think we should add all the members here in MSN or watever.. Maybe we have chance to form our community for our home.. But keep posting here will not see any chance to unite together since we are posting one by one, day by day.. To get in touch maybe we should add each other in msn 1st.. Any idea?

Fine to join any place for the gathering.. But that is saturday (21 Jun), should be crowded at Golden Triangle.. Maybe we should have the place at Kepong like what others suggested.. Metro Prima is ok for me.. Thanks for those who wish to break the ice..

This is the view from the opposite road, Garden Ville or something else.. forgot the name.. You might see the back side there.. I think it should be phase 2 if not mistaken.. a few rows of phase 2 already in their shape.. progress in good..

Again i'm another one saying sorry here cos i din show myself on the gathering as well.. Please forgive me.. I will try to update more photos on progress to let u guys see more about our new home.. Well.. I do want to inform u that i cannot turn up that day but i have limited source to get online on that time.. And i would like to agree with wat susakthy said that we should have some hp number or else.. Then we could inform each other if any gathering or any news.. Some comments about creating a group is a good way too.. So please forgive that i missed the 1st gathering.. Hope the second one is coming very soon.. Any ideas?

Then i will try to get the whole list for u all... (Understand that some ppl may not want to have their detail shown at here to avoid any incovenience)

And as i can see last time when i took the picture at Amansiara, there's a road in front of the front row of phase 1 that MAYBE lead the lorries go to phase 2 and phase 3.. Just guess only... Because i saw another road beside the road lead to phase 1.. Hope that wont cause a dusty air for phase 1..

Anyway, i think phase 1 will be finished very soon.. The keys maybe hand over very soon also.. Do anyone here MAYBE have an open-house session for us? haha... just suggest..

And the flyover looked like not gonna done by the time they hand over phase 1... i mean maybe not finished by the end of this year.. cos i cant see any structure looked like fly-over or tunnel in front of Amansiara.. Looked like they gonna finish it after 3 phases job done..
