Correct me if i'm wrong, but the route you indicated in the satelite image does not seem to be the the proposed road, it looks more like the high tension cable routing. If they had cleared the land for road, it would not be so green.

Yes, I agree with Ants. When you by pass the Jalan Bidara or Jalan Ipoh near the Perdana Residence, you can see the high tension cable at there.

The LATAR highway connect Assam Jawa & Templer Park with distance around 25km. It got 5 interchange which are ASSAM JAWA, IJOK, KUNDANG, KUANG, & TEMPLER PARK. (refer to LATAR highway)

At N.S.E, the name of exit 115 is Rawang Selatan (exit 116 is Rawang), so I believe that exit can connect to templer park.

yea hor. forgotten bout high tension cables that require such clearing of land

guess this LATAR would be further up in templer park's vicinity

when did u signed ur S&P ?

After the 65% . I think the next progress is on piping , road serving etc etc . maybe developer will proceed with that AFTER ALL the units are 65% done. just my guess =)

I'm the owner of phase 1, we (me & gf) bought this is property in year 2005 and we are currently serving 65% of the installment (same as the rest of the phase 1 owners). The delivery due for our unit is in Jan 2009 based on our SAP agreement.
