anyone from phase 3 block E (unit 240-245)? I received 3 progress billing within 1 month. I know the architect verify etc... but how can we be sure?

Current progress now is 70%. They just completed the sewerage.. I wonder how's the progress for phase 2 owner. 90% completed?
