i meet the marketing people last weekend just pretending to buy the house which they advertise it for 203k.....hehehehe just hoping that the marketing person could brought me and my wife to the site....but huhuhu the answer was no....no

from the info i get, there are several buyer from phase 1 want to sell their house, but it must be done after they get cf for that phase.... so i tink u must wait laaaa

for all amansiaran info, this is what the marketing person told me laaa.....

there will be phase 4 and phase 5 on top of the hill...the future develop consist of maybe...3 storey teres house around 500k, 1 1/2 storey townhouse which using the same layout out of phase1,2,3 but with built up area around 1800sq ft......dun know yet the price still brainstorming heheheh.......

there will be flyover but it is not from amansiara but further up, might be after the new bungalow lot (templer hills)

and also opposite our amansiara there will also having a new development by IJM.....mmmmm
