I got into a fight and here is my situation. Its a long story.

Tldr. Fight with ppl because i parked at another guys parking spot(he claim is his) in public area. He langgar me using his car n hit me with wood and he damage my tire. Now i wan f up his life. Should i?



I parked my car as shown in the google map white car picture (not my car) and go drink at a shop nearby.
The house owner of the house where i parked find me and f me. He scream at me in the shop and say he buy house not for me to park. I told him i didnt obstruct his car or his front gate, but he angery because he wanted to park at my current place lel. I told him it is public place, not his personal carpark also, then he angery say it is his. I threaten to call the cops on me, i told him go ahead since i no wrong. But he didnt call finally.

So after this heated exchange, i bring my cute cute gf back. But i forgot to pay the shop just now, so i go back to pay and also to try to explain to the angery guy again. His car was now parked at the same place i parked just now. He saw me he angery and got one time he move his car out and want to langgar me. Kena my kasut a bit with his tyre mark but i am ok. I told him he better be careful as i know his house. He scared d and move his car away to another place. I walked walked there to cool down. When he came back he saw me walk walk nearby his house, he scared and follow me with his ex5 for 20 minutes while taking video. I dont mind, i just walk casually.

Finally i went back. Check check see he tire flat. He poke a sewing needle into my tire sidewall. I angery and go find him with my friend since i cant drive d. I told him to pay for my tire. He admit he do but challenge me what can i do. We argue, he take wood hit me. Kena my nose a bit. I rampas the wood throw twice. Police come. We go balai report. I report for he hit me using car, take wood hit me and damage my tire.

Now....he is mula driver, under get a free car program if drive after 55 months. He already start 3 years. Full time. I want to make him lose his job and lose his hard work to get the car. Am i too bad? Or should i proceed to f up his life.

According to law, you may not be wrong. But in terms of honor and morality, you are wrong. Find a proper parking spot la ffs. Don't simply park in front of people's house even though you didn't block his gate. Just asking for trouble.

If someone burns down your house, should you go burn down his house as well? Just leave it as it is, if he is at fault, he will be charged with assault and damaging your vehicle, which he most likely will be. On your side however, you are not legally wrong and you reserve every rights to park at his car. That is how our law was written. Nothing he can do about it.

yesterday someone block my front gate from 11am to 5pm. I was not at home. my mom came back at 1pm. ask around. no one knows. she's going out again at 3pm so didn't care. I came back at 5pm the car still there. I called police to report. 3 policemen came over. check the number. check with the station to check owner and dig out the number. called the owner to pick up his car. I thank them and they go back balai.

if im not mistaken, that entire plot of cement is still the landowner's as it is still not the road yet. as they are allowed put flower pots there or even plant a tree. Some houses even extend the gates till the road. The "public" place starts from the road shoulder.

last time an asshole did the same. causing my gate not able to open fully but i can reverse the cars out. But my dad didnt give face and called bandaraya to tow the car away. They did.

I can also confirm that the renovation outside aka laying cements did not submit to pejabat tanah/majlis perbandaran. There are also renovations done by houses facing garden/playground, which they cemented a small spot ILLEGALLY for parking and claim the land.

FYI its not. even the land in front of your gate isn't yours. you can cement the road. but people from bandaran can legally change it to tar road. just that they don't do that. basically bandaran people just don't care. but assume they wanted to beautify the place and use that small plot to plant whatever they want, they still can. you have to apply to bandaran to make double gate if any of bandaran property is in front of your gate.

It's only illegal if they BLOCK your entrance and exit. safety hazard. And yes. you can ask banadaran to tow the car if it blocks. even if just a bit.
