In front of house is not public place. The house owner can call the local council and they can fine you.

My house is in front of a primary school. So during school end time, they are a lot of parents parking their car waiting for their kids. Sometimes they park in front of my house taking my spot. If that happened, I just park further or go mamak to minum first and wait until they are done picking up their kids. It's a bit annoying but I never resulted to do violence things such as beating people or damaging their car.

It's must be in their DNA. They inherited the crazy genes from their ancestors. Just saying.
