agreed.. if wanted an extra parking lot.. buy a bigger house with a bigger parking spot la.. pay for a small house.. wanted extra.. bodo..

outside your gate is no more yours.. nobodies entitled more than others.. just an advantage since you stay there so you are always there to take the spot first.

if somebody park there.. just wait until he leave and claim that spot again.. if he park more than you expected he is.. just call bandaran..
