I got into a fight and here is my situation. Its a long story.

Tldr. Fight with ppl because i parked at another guys parking spot(he claim is his) in public area. He langgar me using his car n hit me with wood and he damage my tire. Now i wan f up his life. Should i?

I parked my car as shown in the google map white car picture (not my car) and go drink at a shop nearby.
The house owner of the house where i parked find me and f me. He scream at me in the shop and say he buy house not for me to park. I told him i didnt obstruct his car or his front gate, but he angery because he wanted to park at my current place lel. I told him it is public place, not his personal carpark also, then he angery say it is his. I threaten to call the cops on me, i told him go ahead since i no wrong. But he didnt call finally.

So after this heated exchange, i bring my cute cute gf back. But i forgot to pay the shop just now, so i go back to pay and also to try to explain to the angery guy again. His car was now parked at the same place i parked just now. He saw me he angery and got one time he move his car out and want to langgar me. Kena my kasut a bit with his tyre mark but i am ok. I told him he better be careful as i know his house. He scared d and move his car away to another place. I walked walked there to cool down. When he came back he saw me walk walk nearby his house, he scared and follow me with his ex5 for 20 minutes while taking video. I dont mind, i just walk casually.

Finally i went back. Check check see he tire flat. He poke a sewing needle into my tire sidewall. I angery and go find him with my friend since i cant drive d. I told him to pay for my tire. He admit he do but challenge me what can i do. We argue, he take wood hit me. Kena my nose a bit. I rampas the wood throw twice. Police come. We go balai report. I report for he hit me using car, take wood hit me and damage my tire.

Now....he is mula driver, under get a free car program if drive after 55 months. He already start 3 years. Full time. I want to make him lose his job and lose his hard work to get the car. Am i too bad? Or should i proceed to f up his life.

Yup report made. I am holding back because i can ruin his life if report. The car he already work hard for 3 years. Another 2 years the car will be his for free. A white proton ertiga, mpv. And this is his full time job, min requirement need 8 hours driving time.

Provided he genuinely say sorry and remorseful for assaulting me, i will let him go for a fee of rm250 for my car tire replacement.

if it's tarred road edge then yes. cemented from gate to road over a gutter then no...it's his property and it's not even a road to begin with. so get your facts right.. some are even in the floor plan or he might even have built that spot himself with consent from the council.

You go atas area then more obvious as these "bridges" would be tiled nicely by those rich home owners. but the grass areas by the road is public and they cant do anything about it if you park on the grass. Police will say it's not illegal because they dont see it yet but if check properly it will be on the uncle's favor.

Deswai there's clearly a removable cover in the pic and definitely built with approval following guidelines, else why the landowner is so pissed.. he mustve spent a lot of money to have it done properly else the council wouldve already smash it as you said.

judging by the photo, owner had limited space to park in his house also. what if he got 2 cars that need to park? you already park one of his parking space already, next time try to be considerate.


and since the house owner can probably find you there, means he got experienced already. which this kind of situation occurs more than once, by law you're not wrong. But in this situation, try to understand that he might be looking for you for some time maybe? While you're happily enjoying with ur gf at the dessert cafe.
and for your question, even the police office didn't summon you even thou ur car did crossed the yellow line. why not you also try to let this down, police report had been made. already a good lesson for both you and him.
