Homeowner got the social right to be angry if someone he doesn't want park in front of his house.
TS could defuse the situation by simply apologizing instead of doubling down on the legality of the matter, which would piss anyone who is still angry to be even more angry.
Homeowner is legally at fault. TS have full legal right to park there and the homeowner caused property damage to TS car, which TS can charge him and bring him to court and easily win if TS wanted to.
However, TS is escalated things up like this, are you still 11 years old?
