Basically you need to be patient if you order laptops from ILLEGEAR , since they have tons of order to deal with. After that , the delivery process will run smoothly

TechSupport is a little bit slow to reply but once they are on your case , they settle it pretty fast. Good experience dealing with ILLEGEAR TechSupport

Just a little bit curious , is it normal for the processor maintain at approximate 60°C just with Google Chrome running ?
When I run After Effect , the temperature rise to approximate 87°C ( Not even start import the files / render )
GPU maintain at 50°C without anything on
Both temperature checked with ILLEGEAR Command Center

Is the cpu fan running? Check command center to get the rpm

So I got my Onyx V today. Still testing out.
But I can’t seem to enable the rgb light on my keyboard.
It was on when I booted it but it went off by itself after like 2-3mins.
In the Illegear command center, nothing seems to be working?

After Windows Startup and programs installation, then use CPU-z and Task Manager to cross check the RAMs and Found that :
8GB x 2 was Installed instead of 16GB x 1...

For now we only have sample unit for testing, the temperature might be different than the actual production one, will re-test once we have received the mass production unit.

Yes it's full powered 2060 80W (boostable to 90W), same as XMG / Eluktronics.

It's 80W.

Both XMG and Eluktronics website stated that it can boost to 110W.

There are only two types of RTX2060 from TF (80W and 115W), even if it can be self-boosted to 110W, it's still based on the 80W RTX2060 card.
