Their promotion always ongoing. Usually same promo like ram and ssd upgrade. Before you purchase make sure u can wait at least 1 to 1.5 months for the laptop. If you need it in 1 or 2 weeks try to buy something off the shelf.

Placed order 3 months ago on 25th feb. Still no update for eta of my ionic laptop. Please expect similar waiting period if you decide to opt for illegear laptop. Very very long waiting time. Guess no new toy to celebrate raya this year.

how long is the battery life for the 90whr pack on the onyx G?

I just bought the ROGUE model with Intel i5 10300H CPU and with RTX 2060 GPU. It is indeed and cool looking laptop.. what concern me the most is the heat generated by the cpu and gpu... when I first got the laptop.. I run and play Ark Survival Evolved at high setting and it plays smoothly.. but after done playing it for 30 mins the CPU is at 94°C and the GPU is almost the same temperature... I know it is really bad coz the air blown by the exhaust is enough to make my hands feel numb if i put it too long there. Regarding the processor... I managed to lower the processor temperature bu under volt it by. 105 mV... and it plays around 77-84 °C under full load stress test... but with the gpu part... I cant figure anything out to keep it cool while playing.... I look on the nvidia website and look for my graphic card clock speed and for rtx 2060 mobile it goes 900+ mhz to 1200 mhz (boost) when I look it up on msi afterburner tools.. the graph is way off the recommended speed.. and when I run the bench mark test the gpu clock speed goes 1500+ mhz until the gpu temperature reach around 86°C and start to thermal throttle ... I tried to lower the graph so it constant at 1200mhz att all voltage.. but it just wont work... when I save the profile it will automatically goes to 1300mhz constant graph.. and the temperature is still high and unhealthy... anyone have recommendations to solve this problems? BTW i use intel XTU to undervolt my cpu

Yeah. Curious also. Btw what gpu you went for? And your temps seems perfectly normal which is good to hear. Around 70+ with fan noise is expected for a gaming laptop.

I just take RTX2060 115w version. No upgrade. Pretty enough for my daily gaming.

Wonder if I order Prodigy today. When will I receive it? Been wanting to order but I see some people waited for weeks to receive the product.

Anybody have used raven se for a year or so? Recently found a video on youtube about the battery swelling after a year. :

This kind of things usually happens when laptop is charging while under high load.

By right once fully charged and plugged in the power source should bypass the battery and be direct. Wonder if that’s either not the case for this model or the user abused the laptop by constantly gaming while battery isn’t fully charged.
