Ya understand this low risk low return.
I have high risk investment in klse so I wanna treat stashaway something like asnb but a little bit riskier.

My strategy is
KLSE stock purchase when I have extra money like bonus.
Monthly saving allocate into saving and asnb. If I can't get asnb  for my target I will put into stashaway.
So the 10% is there is 10% return OR 10%losses correct?
*
10% means there is 1% chance that you have 10% loss of your capital in 1 year.

The projected returns are calculated and shown in the stashaway website, you can check.

Not to belittle you, but the actual returns maybe a lot less than what you imagine. Especially if you suffer 10% loss for 3 years in a row, and 10% gains for 3 years in a row.

You need +100% to offset -50% loss.

-10% 3Y then +10% for 3Y you still lose money. Hence the decay of leveraged ETFs.

Robo is not forture teller, just predict based on available data. This "black swan" even aren't include in SA data

Mine does not sell as well even tho kweb was over its supposedly allocation was over.
My understanding is that diversification in portfolio, whenever holding in the portfolio exceed allocation, will sell the exceed and buy the under allocated.

Perhaps SA are anticipating that user will continue to top up and hence disregard the exceeded allocation holdings
*
For SA to sell overweight ETFs it is have to exceed 20% over the allocation hence example once KWEB hits 24% holdings in 36% SRI it will start selling KWEB about 2.5% to rebalance by buying other underweights to rebalance the portfolio

If you think that could happens in the very near future, then it is good to hold Yr cash now n wait for it to come then dump in Yr cash,.
It is your money, thus yr action must be inline with what you think...
Just hope that you are exiting Yr equities investment before that happens too... So as to protect against losses

I've asked them before. Dividend will be paid last day of the month. Since it's the weekend I'm guessing they'll process it tomorrow.

Many started condemning when they received the "rebate" in their Simple portfolio already.

But hopefully they can live up to their projected 2.4% return for Simple.

Some die hard fan of SA will reply you
Trust their Robo
If not DIY

Some die hard hater of SA will reply you
Better withdrawal
SA aren't performing as compare to XXX

Anyhow, it depends on your risk tolerance.
Crash/correction might come might not
If it comes years later, you miss out all the rally
If it comes now, you could and might buy at the bottom but SA take few working days to complete buying order.
Knowing all these and plan accordingly.
So that you can sleep soundly and won't regret for any outcome

Personally, I only top up SA during dip.
