I got a big TBS angpow where I diddnt even have to move 1 sentimeter to get Rm25 ontoppa Rm55 trip which is about 20km away.

Pelik tapi benar, this morning had about 8 trips but only 1 trip got TBS. Trips that takes more than 10 minutes to more than 3km also tarak boost.

Yes I hope you charged that rider for turning back to her. It is the standard to charge according to the current rate if passenger forgot something by going there empty car. If you call CS, they will only call the rider to hurry up, if rider no pick up the phone both of you will be on hold.

Stars system is bullshit yes, yesterday I kena kacau by a rider which is a grab driver himself too by giving me 1 star, not sure what false accusation/report he made against me while I didn't do anything wrong.

Maybe the rider suspected u "kraaak tui" inside the burger..well, in someday we will having some badluck. 4.95 still very high lah. I also "try hard" to retain my perfect 5 for 3 weeks but now drop nearly to 4.8x ady thanks to china uncle, indian aunties...etc...dun care lah as long that they paid my deserve fare.

I had very bad impression especailly Indians girls, they are hell lot of stuck up as if they like a king..after dropping off those bastards 80% the time the DR will drop and normaly it is just rm4-6 ride.

after a few incidents whn riders left behind belongings..
it became habit:
1. ask them to check their belongings b4 leaving car.
2. counter check front & back seat right b4 they shut da doors. if there is any - i juz honk so they can take it back.

once i wasted petrol & time to dropoff left-behinds to GDC.
