what i suspect is for justgrab job, if nearest will be given to taxi first, then only pass to crapcar with AA, if ignore then pass to crapcar without AA

Make sensed, if everybody on justgrab nearest will be teksi coz they lineup at "first place" waiting while we grabcar mostly moving hunting or stopby further. GG, not on AA cherry pick lagi GG.

How long is waiting period for cashout to non Maybank account holders?

dunno why these days hard to get a trip, was in kl at dang wangi area just now got to wait for 20 mins for a job, hard lor like this

1.New platform such as mycar got a slice of the pie?
2.Different locations, different situations?
3.Many new lembu incoming?
4.bad economy so rider don’t want come out?

Personally I think more of 3. Then 2,1,4.

rapid pass owner will still need last mile ride, i don't think that one is the cause of low demand.

More into economic situation now, everything has goes up and people has less money to spend now.

I'm currently facing a problem with the driver's app.

It seems to disconnect itself whenever I open other apps for more than 10 minutes, and I'm not using any power/battery saving mode.

iphone? sometimes i had that but problem gone after restarted my 5S

If you have to pay toll to reach your passenger,can you include the toll charges into final receipt from passenger?if cannot,can we get compensation from grab?

was in da smack of jln alor/bb area/times sqr..30mins with red on heatmap..no ping at all..ran away to kl sentral also no ping..

later few riders asked me..y kinda difficult to get grabcar? then i said..been waiting 15mins no job also..
i suspect grab doing sumthng on both apps..

today driver app for android got update to v5.58.0
malas driving today got personal stuffs to do..

btw..still a lot new drivers registration..when i was at gdc last week..inkambing supply overruns demands..

best to call up rider and explain the whole situation, if rider agree then proceed as usual, if they don't want pay then ask them cancel and rebook another one.

I'm not sure grab will reimburse on this kind of situation.

If grabpay can include in toll column charged them directly. If cash when drop off can tell them got toll charges of RmX.00, if they reluctant to pay just smile say ok, later put red face and report them, grab will compensate back to u. Most of the riders willing to pay but just some not willing, but if not necessary better take the no toll road to reach win win situation.

Started driving again after 3 month away. Now I’m using iPhone xs max for grabbing. No issue so far.

today i just notice there is no more rm3 compensation for passenger late cancellation? last few weeks its was rm4. sighh
