As long as you use the scanning feature (regardless of you scanning the code or cashier scanning your code) for payment, it is considered as 'Scan & Pay'.

Would like to verify these:
1. Only allowed to have 2 cards registered per account?
2. Once a card was added and then deleted, it can no longer be added into d SAME account again?
3. Once a card was added and then deleted, it can no longer be added into a DIFFERENT account?

I tested yesterday.
3 top-up using Amex successful and No OTP was needed for 3rd transaction.
So 3rd transaction in a day will trigger OTP is not valid.

I encounter the same issue. All 4 of my cards from different bank cant work. Previous 3 cards cant be added, one card can. Then the card cant reload money. When i deleted the card and now basically all 4 of my cards cant be added.

I emailed to Boost they said they upgraded their security features and asked me to use different fund to top up.

Maybe their system got some prob yesterday. Anyway I emailed them and they might hv solved the prob that’s why I can topup via Amex after that.

1. Yes, only 2 cards are allowed as the system did not allow me to add the third card when I tried in few days ago.
2&3. Can't give you an exact answer, but I have similar experience.
During that time all of us could not reload Boost via BigPay,
I tried to add BigPay in my another genuine but not so active account,
I was able to add it but could not reload successfully,
after that I removed it immediately.
And I suspect this could be the reason why,
now most of the Boost users can reload via BigPay successfully but mine couldn't.
However the another card works fine.

they answered me this:

"We are sorry to hear that you are facing an issue using your credit card(ps: In fact only Bigpay has issue) to cash into your Boost wallet.

This is due to the security features built-in our payment gateway which we are unable to disclose. In line with clause 5.1 of our Terms and Conditions, we highly advise you to use your other source of funds to cash into your Boost Wallet.

Our sincere apologies again and thank you for the understanding and patience.

So, what it mean actually? Is that mean the credit card cannot use permanently or they will solve it soon?

No all the scan and pay campaign also going bug. Cannot complete at all

Agreed, I do think this is their standard email template.
They did not mention if they are going to fix it or how.
So far scan and pay campaign works fine for my side.
In overall Boost still have lot of bugs and issues.

I made 2 separate bills. first bill rm104 - got notification mission completed

second payment right after first payment made. rm88.95

so to answer your question, NO. its not. balance of rm4 from first payment not account in second mission
