Understand that we are allowed to have 2 Boost account for security reasons,
I have 2 genuine accounts with 1 active and 1 not so active(never withdraw cash),
and added Bigpay to both account in the past(already removed BP from the not so active account).
Could this be the reason why I can't reload Boost by using Bigpay while others have no issue?
Anyone facing the same issue?

Not sure if anyone else is still having the same issue,
but just FYI,
this is the reply from Boost CS team.
Not sure if they are really working with Bigpay to fix it or just a standard reply.

You are not alone.
I'm facing this issue as well,
but only BigPay's having this issue.
Have you ever added the credit cards you mentioned to other Boost account?

BigPay CS told me that there are still a few complaints on the Boost top up issue.
And they are willing to check it by getting email address.
Will update here once they found the solution.

They answered me the same but issue is not solved.

1. Yes, only 2 cards are allowed as the system did not allow me to add the third card when I tried in few days ago.
2&3. Can't give you an exact answer, but I have similar experience.
During that time all of us could not reload Boost via BigPay,
I tried to add BigPay in my another genuine but not so active account,
I was able to add it but could not reload successfully,
after that I removed it immediately.
And I suspect this could be the reason why,
now most of the Boost users can reload via BigPay successfully but mine couldn't.
However the another card works fine.

"We are sorry to hear that you are facing an issue using your credit card(ps: In fact only Bigpay has issue) to cash into your Boost wallet.

This is due to the security features built-in our payment gateway which we are unable to disclose. In line with clause 5.1 of our Terms and Conditions, we highly advise you to use your other source of funds to cash into your Boost Wallet.

Our sincere apologies again and thank you for the understanding and patience.

Agreed, I do think this is their standard email template.
They did not mention if they are going to fix it or how.
So far scan and pay campaign works fine for my side.
In overall Boost still have lot of bugs and issues.

Just to share,
I spent above RM25 yesterday at 99 Speedmart,
and surprisingly received the cashback today.
Not to mention the shake reward + mission reward.

Hi all, just an update from my side.
Today I tried as usual in past few weeks to top up Boost by using Bigpay,
surprisingly it required OTP instead of showing 'Error',
and I managed to top up.
I just tried 2 times RM20 today and stopped reloading,
and will update here if I can top up any amount like before.

Hi guys, I can share my similar experience with Boost.
There was a period I can't top up using Bigpay but others can top up as usual without any issues(however my Amex could still reload successfully).
I contacted their cs few times but it was not helpful.

Since we are only able to save up to 2 cards in the account,
I have never removed them again and just remain them in the account.
Few weeks later, I can top up by using BigPay without any issue anymore.

There are few possible reasons why that period of time I couldn't reload via BigPay.
1) I added BigPay in another not-so-frequent-used genuine account and removed it immediately when I found it can't reload.
2) I top up few k(maybe 3-4k) in the past month.

Anyhow, at the end someday when I tried to reload with BigPay,
it was successful and no longer having issue.

Hi, I just changed to a new phone and login to Boost account.
By default Boost has removed both of the cards in the new phone login.
But now I can't add the card again, it keeps loading.
Anyone had similar experiences before?
