![]() Understand that we are allowed to have 2 Boost account for security reasons, I have 2 genuine accounts with 1 active and 1 not so active(never withdraw cash), and added Bigpay to both account in the past(already removed BP from the not so active account). Could this be the reason why I can't reload Boost by using Bigpay while others have no issue? Anyone facing the same issue? |

Anyhow, at the end someday when I tried to reload with BigPay, it was successful and no longer having issue. Hope this helps. |

Hi, I just changed to a new phone and login to Boost account.
By default Boost has removed both of the cards in the new phone login. But now I can't add the card again, it keeps loading. Anyone had similar experiences before? |
