nope, it is a BP card. added a long time ago. successsfully topped up once yesterday.

tried to add mbb amex yesterday but kept failing. could this be the reason they block my other card too?

I had a problem since last week. But then , CS reply to my email saying that i can start reload. but yesterday i try to reload mbb amex (about rm1000) but not success. but i tried to lower the amount until 199 and was successful. this morning also i tried to reload again about 800 also cannot and try to lower the amount finally it was reloaded at rm299. you can try many times by lowering your amount.

i was reloading just rm50...in order to get 5 coins..
should i lower further?

for me, i never call. just contact with them thru email. they will reply with case number reference.
I never found boost phone number for CS.

yup, it took me 8 days to get my missing cashback back. had to ask the same question 4 times because they initially didn't even read my question and just responded with standard template and then marked it as solved.

If yes then most likely they flagged your account
pls do not try to add or remove the same card
remove the existing card and add a completely new card also wont work

As previous discussion , as long your account is genuine and using it for paying any bill , utilize , top up , will be not classified as scammer.

i hardly use boost. just found out about mission so was planning to use it extensively. just realized the rm100 mission needs 10 coins but i only got 6.

Scan and pay for cashback but actually buy nothing? You must be super (s)mart staff or pakat with merchant boss.

I think what he means is shake "abuse" rather than scammer.

e.g split RM100 bills/reload/etc to RM5.. instead of get 1 shake for spending RM100, one get 20 shakes by the same amount. which will get the account cards blocked and card removed.

Define "really urgent"? This is Malaysia, one that got 20 cent shake reward /cashback missing will need urgent attention to get the money back. They will sure bug cs for that. believe that.
