Today I topped up Boost 3 times via BigPay, the 3rd time failed. First 2 times no OTP then it’s sucessful , third time it request for OTP And I keyed in the correct OTP but failed . How come

I realised when I top up via Bigpay, I received 2 OTP sms in a matter of few seconds, I’m not sure why, do u all hv such issue? I hv to key in the 2nd OTP only the topup will be successful.

Is there a limit on how many times Boost can be topped up in a day? I tried to use Amex to topup today, 1st and 2nd topup via Amex RM50 both , are sucessful. 3rd time topping up another RM50 failed. I will attach the screenshot here
