anyone having problem with Boost installed on rooted android phone?

I've tried to hide it via Magisk and able to use it normally but cannot go to Credit card page to top up my wallet, it will direct me to a page to restart the app.

Every transaction are entitled for cashback (exl. transfer money, top-up wallet)

Not only they have missing "shake reward", but also they have tons of missing cashback like Yoodo reward.
For cashback like 99speedmart, they can easily claim that 800 quota is reached and get away with it; but for yoodo and other cashback we cannot let them get away with it.

Requested for a transfer to bank account on 27 Jan and just received this e-mail from Boost:
