use fave-amex on weekends and fave-boost on weekdays

today i just used boost for Rm60 purchase in 11street. lousy shake reward at Rm1 ( equivalent to 1.67% cb). if not because of the Rm5 cb promo for Rm60 in 11street, i normally amex for confirmed 5% cb on weekend.
to include info about wallet topup/spending/withdrawal limit for standard and premium accounts, so that newbies can just refer to the 1st page and no need to ask so many times here.
for fave, all cb and refund money go automatically to ”my cashback” section, similar to lazada

i’ve done this a few times
it is probably sold out
however, boost always replenishes 11street vouchers

No way. You can't even use any Fave promo code and enjoy cashback if pay with Fave credits.

While Boost and T&G apps, you can use cashback to pay and earn cashback.

Morning, anyone received the 30% cashback (RM3) from RM10 deposit promo by Boost?

Reloaded RM10 on that day i receive that email, but still hasn't receive the cashback. 

The image shown as or, so, u will get RM2 or RM3.. or u will get RM5 if u perform both.?? new promo to newbie..

If I remember correctly, it took them like 3 business days to successfully transfer the money to my bank account.

Does the "spend minimum rm5" to get rm3 cash back applies to bill payment? Cos I still haven't got the rm2+3 yet.

Good question. I don’t think so. Probably not since they have their eWallet app. First time user, load 100 get 10. Purchases off 15% when paid with their app. Quite good for TK regulars.

An indirect way to get Boosted is to buy the 11s TK vouchers. I’ve not done that before as the TK nearest me cannot use the 11s vouchers. One of 2 branches which can’t.

MGM did you eventually get the cashback from the email promos? Deposit n spend ones? I haven’t got mine yet. Time to contact Pooven or Hafiz.

This morning i logged out from my acc and logged into my gf's acc to pay and then logged back into my own acc. Everything remained as it is. Maybe i m the lucky ones

True that’s how wechatpay manage to claw a big market share from Alipay.wechatpay gave out a lot of incentives to attract people

For me personally I started using boost when they started the 50% cashback promo.I downloaded earlier when they had their angpow game last year and stopped using for some time until the 50% cashback

Best experience of my life is from Amazon.

Grab: Please prove to us you received the offer
Me: Here you go
Grab: We're sorry for the mistake and inconvenience, we hereby offer you another code for your next ride
Me: You should reimburse the RM 5 to me instead of forcing me to take another ride
Grab: Again we apologise bla bla bla, but what we can do is to give you another offer code for the next ride
Me: I'll lodge a complaint for deceiving xxxx.....

No reply from Grab thereafter, keep ignoring me.

2) Amazon
a) Ordered about RM 1.5k worth of books, didn't arrive after 1 month. Feedback to Amazon, straight refund to me, no questions asked. 1 week later, books arrived.

b) Bought 2 items, shipped to 3rd party warehouse in US. Item A received at warehouse, but unable to ship to Malaysia due to restrictive item. Item B warehouse claim didn't receive.

Amazon record both items successfully shipped. In fact, for benefit of doubts, they only need to refund item B, as item A not their fault also. But Amazon refund both items, and told me I can keep item A.

How to not impress with such customer service
