No issue to topup money into bost this morning.

I tried topping up via Amex , 2 times sucessful in the morning , 3rd time error. I tried again an hour ago it’s sucessful.

no issue just top up

do you have done something like remove and re-add the card?
card used for multiple account?
or whatever thing you might do previously other than add card and perform topup?

I had a problem since last week. But then , CS reply to my email saying that i can start reload. but yesterday i try to reload mbb amex (about rm1000) but not success. but i tried to lower the amount until 199 and was successful. this morning also i tried to reload again about 800 also cannot and try to lower the amount finally it was reloaded at rm299. you can try many times by lowering your amount.

Anyone know boost customer service number?

Boost's CS usually will reply 1 time per day only? I reply to the question ask by CS, will get response next day.. -.-|||

are you shake reward scammer?
If yes then most likely they flagged your account
pls do not try to add or remove the same card
remove the existing card and add a completely new card also wont work

Yes I have two account with same credit cards before, but I checked with them they said no issue. But if it is not allowed, why can't they say so and state properly? And fine, if that's not allowed then I can retain to use one account but why is that not allowed also?

Thats why dont do repeating reload. just reload 1 go and limit to 2-3 times per month. It has been warned previously in the thread.

Same case also, just stick to 2 card in the boost account. Why wana do repeating add card in the first place?

Since they implement those security measurement, I stop deleting / adding new cards to account as I know they will block it it do it repeatedly. Just stick to 2 cards at account(which I think they limit to 2?) I have no problem reload as well.

just boosted at 99 speedmart rm17.xx , shake reward only rm0.20

Based on our review, one of the reasons for your card being blocked is because it is being used in other Boost wallets. Such behavior is highly similar to many fraudulent transactions. As outlined in clause 2.6 of our Terms and Conditions, Boost reserves the right to reject customers’ cash-in request based on advised by our payment gateway service providers. To continue using Boost, please use your other payment cards or online banking account to cash into your Boost Wallet.

Once the Amex party ends in July, any other cc that offer cashback or benefits when topping up Boost?
