before we can transfer money out, we need to take picture of our IC front and back.

did you take the picture of original IC or photostat IC with cross?

last week received email said pay any utilities bill rm100 can get cash back rm8 the next day...

fast fast paid rm100 to Syabas in single transaction... 5 days passed... apa cash back habuk pun tak ada...

what can i do to claim the cash back?

yeah... i took photo on crossed photostate IC and submitted too... it took 4 business days for approved...

received an email from AmBank Group for the successful transfer AXIATA DIGITAL ECODE SDN. BHD...

check my Boost app and the transfer status is still in yellow color...

will check my CASA later... it took 3 business days...

after force update new app version, did a transfer out to bank.

can't find the yellow tick icon anymore in Profile->Settings->Transfer out section...
but found a full circle cyan tick icon...

then I tried add under category TM (Telephone bill) then success...

then after around 5 minutes, Boost will send another notification said payment done. Remind me to get shake reward.

i think help other ppl pay bill should work as long as bill account number is correct...

I don't know if this will go into the exact mission you wanted... but I do found that if I do that way, that particular mission will get updated or "completed" immediately after payment made, compared to normal scan & pay or bill payment.... so I guess this method actually "telling" the mission "I am going to perform transaction for you, please track".
I tried this... nope. it won't split your transaction.....

imho, boost mission reward is far better than the email promo reward last time.

i can claim the boost mission reward once i complete the mission in the app.. far better than last time need to send email to customer service asking for reward status...

last boost mission reward experience, pay 70 get rm4 reward..
i pay bill 80, get shake reward 3, plus mission reward 4, total 7 or near to 9% rebate... so far so good...
