QUOTE(skty @ Mar 4 2019, 07:26 PM)
accumulated 4k or more spending on Quantum Mastercard only entitled SST offset for Quantum Mastercard only right?

to entitle for SST offset for Quantum Visa card, the Quantum Visa card also need to accumulate 4k or more spending seperately right?

What about Visa Signature? how much minimum spending is required to offset SST?

For the 10k VIP points to offset SST, can I use the total VIP points accumulated from all three cards to offset one card SST?

Btw, if do flexi payment, the amount charged (before convert to flexi payment) won't get VIP points and/or cash rebate right? What about the amount charged for 12 months consecutively after convert to flexi payment? Can get VIP points or cash rebate?

thanks smile.gif

For Flexipay:

There will be no cash rebates, i.e. cash mega bonus / hibah performance bonus or reward points awarded for payment of purchases under this programme.

Their Internet banking is very primitive.
You can see that they're clear disarray in their PBe.
Their mobile app is also very primitive and buggy like the app is written by an amateur.

I didn't face this problem before and I seldom use their app now.
I also didn't use the PBe to its full extent since I don't have saving account with them.
All I do is just to view my CC online ledger and details.

OP please add this to front page or any kind soul please add this to related threads and pin it.

To add your credit cards/debit cards to your PBe:

1. Login to your PBe
2. Profile Maintenance
3. Manage Profile
4. Add/Delete Account
5. Add
6. Select Credit/Debit Card
7. Enter card details

I spent days to find the place to add my credit cards. Why would they put this under Profile Maintenance? I had to spam email the customer service because they wouldn't reply to my email. Finally I got this instruction. I hope other pitiful souls like me will be able to see this.

You can view all your transactions and e-statement. It also allows you to pay your bill directly because they will have a "Pay this amount" button when you view the bill statement.

I don't think they allow to transfer the VIP points too since they don't even allow to merge VIP points for redemption.

Just my two cents. Others can top up if I'm wrong!

I just called to terminate quantum visa. She said she will transfer my points to quantum master.

The customer service agent just said no. To be safe, better make the purchase on Shopee website instead of Shopee App, but you know we can only use some vouchers on the app.

"Referring to the below, please be informed that the Bank is only acting in the capacity of a Billing Agent for Biller (Merchant). The billing is done by Merchant and all data pertaining to the transactions made on your Credit Card are from the Merchant.

As long as the Merchant had indicated to us that the said transaction is an Online Transaction or E- Commerce Transaction, Cardmember will enjoy 5% Cash Back when using their Quantum MasterCard to make the purchases (capped at RM 30.00 Per Month Per Principal Cardmember).

Regret to inform that Shopee Malaysia had not indicated so, as such, you have earned VIP Points instead of Cash Back for the Four (4) Shopee Malaysia Transaction in February 2019 Credit Card Statements."

Means is Shopee seller punya issue? hmm.gif hmm.gif

this has always been shopee's issue; it's the way they setting up their system/gateway that causes the transactions not tagged properly.

Lazada experienced the same before this as well.

difficult for end-users like us to identify or having clear indication which is which because tagging is done after transaction goes thru, not prior.
