Guys, does quantum CC offers cash back for touch and go reload? I recently applied for the my100 TNG. Just wondering if I can get cash back for the RM100 topup every month

LOL I'm trying to maximize my cashback with the Quantum credit cards. I know Mastercard only include Online & Dining. Now, what if I do this? I use Mastercard to top up RM100 into my E-wallet and then I use my E-wallet to pay for petrol. I can even use E-wallet at 7-eleven/KK supermart since I visit them quite often to get my daily snacks/lunch.

I guess my RM100 E-wallet top up will have cashback right, because it is under Online. Even though I actually use the RM100 for other things that are not included under Online & Dining.

If the above works, can I get any advice on which E-wallet I should use?

I just collected my PB Quantum cards from the bank just now. Quick questions:

1. How do I activate the cards? I asked the service counter in the bank to activate my cards but they asked me to go home and activate either online or call I think the cards are already activated but havent set PIN. I tried to set the PIN in PBe but it shows this:

Your Request Could Not Be Executed.
You Do Not Have The Relevant Account(s) For This Feature.

2. My statement date is 29 every month. This month only has 28 days Then when will I get the statement this month (February)?

How to link my credit cards to PBe? and How to get credit card e-statement?

I go to the website:

1. Account > PB Card >PB Card Summary, then I get

Error Code : (E0001.3B.2850350000)
You do not have the relevant account.

2. Payment > PB card payment > To Own Card, then I get

Error Code : (err00002.3B.2850363443)
Your Request Could Not Be Executed.
You Do Not Have The Relevant Account(s) For This Feature.

3. E-Statement Registration > Bottom got a link (For PB Credit / Debit Card member, please follow the steps here to link your card.) > I click the link then I get

I have a Public Bank saving account but I did not specify it when I apply for the credit cards. The counter lady said Public Bank will auto find my saving account when they do background check using my IC. But I don't see anything in my PBe that links me to my credit cards. Then where will they credit the cashback to me? My Gosh, I swear Public Bank has the worst PBe and Mobile App ever. They are so not intuitive and super not user friendly. I wish we have something like Maybank2u app that works fantastic.

To add your credit cards/debit cards to your PBe:

1. Login to your PBe
2. Profile Maintenance
3. Manage Profile
4. Add/Delete Account
5. Add
6. Select Credit/Debit Card
7. Enter card details


I spent days to find the place to add my credit cards. Why would they put this under Profile Maintenance? I had to spam email the customer service because they wouldn't reply to my email. Finally I got this instruction. I hope other pitiful souls like me will be able to see this.

You can view all your transactions and e-statement. It also allows you to pay your bill directly because they will have a "Pay this amount" button when you view the bill statement.
