those small money is not so important to them, the most important is to keep customer happy

The RM 300 free bag comes from who? If from PBB, then answer is NO.

Btw, if do flexi payment, the amount charged (before convert to flexi payment) won't get VIP points and/or cash rebate right? What about the amount charged for 12 months consecutively after convert to flexi payment? Can get VIP points or cash rebate?

So if I cancel Quantum visa that has VIP points in it, I cannot transfer to quantum MasterCard right? VIP points (insufficient to redeem anything) will get burned if I cancel.

I don't think they allow to transfer the VIP points too since they don't even allow to merge VIP points for redemption.

Just my two cents. Others can top up if I'm wrong!
