My cashback date is 14th every month

follow statement cycle...

15 Jan - 14 Feb (statement date)
15 Feb - 14 Mar (statement date)
and so on...

transactions posted on/by statement date is inclusive of current statement's cashback calculation.

anyone who has experience with PBB quantum card's feature - flexi plan can help to answer my question:

if say the card credit limit is 10k, if I do flexi payment on a purchase of 5k, what is the credit limit available will be after the 5k convereted into flexi payment?

thank you.
*
So those taking flexi/easy payment scheme with any of their big purchase,
in the CCRIS record, the credit utilization will always take into account (and slowly decrease by months).

For the example above, credit limit 10k. Utilization 5k.
CCRIS will show 50% utilization.

Is that correct?

kena penalty first time,

sup cards payment RM595.25 due 21.2.2019 not paid

new statement 1.3.2019 came only realised,

any idea how is the 15% penalty calculated = RM8.15?

595.35 x 15% x 1 month = RM7+/-
*
if you have valid reason you can email PBB CS to justify and ask them to revert for you

Not only RM595.35 portion kena charge penalty + interest.
New transaction RM633.25 also kena interest already.
You better settle the statement balance in full immediately, not till the due date!
