Hi guys, I have been subscribes Infinite 150 for 1 years and half. For first 7-8 month the speed seems satisfying, about 20-40 Mbps but lately I found out the speed is quite slow. The download speed I get around Max 10 Mbps, mostly around 5-7 Mbps. The upload speed very slow even SpeedTest cannot be run on upload test. I'm using Huawei E5180.

Can anybody advise on this. To whom should I complaint ? Digi Call Center ?

Im facing the same problem.. Complained to Digi through call & livechat but to no avail, nothing changed.. Considering to migrate out of Digi.
*
they will usually blame it on congestion. afterall the terms and conditions mentioned to provide at least 5mbps at 90% of the time - stg along that line

How was signal at your area ? Is it same for the early month of using the speed was okay but poor lately ?

My place don't support Unifi. Mind share what option are you considering besides Digi?

i can get 4G at my place but i the upload and download can't even pass 10K/s.. can't even load Youtube main page..
Yes, speed was ok at first then after that i hardly get pass 10K/s..

No one you can look to if Digi network is rubbish in your area. You only have 2 options, use it or don't use it.
Digi network is getting worse day by day, and they would ignore your complains by many "wonderful" TALK to solve your issue.

Digi CS is saying Digi Infinite plan would get at least 10mbps on 4G LTE network, and 20mbps on 4G LTE-A network for 80% of the time.

Attached Image

All are rubbish talk.
And, Digi is NOT caring congestion issues at all.

Did digi turn off 4G+ in PJ area.
Previously i was able to get 4G+... now only display 4G all the time... NO more + sign.
And the speedtest also reduced as well??

Might be undergoing maintenance on selected band. Or try to force to LTE-A. If not working might be due to maintenance at your area. Mine digi ambassador cheras still got lte-a

I m thinking to take the the Infinite 150, but worry about real life speeds like you all later laugh.gif

Im oso thinking want to get digi infinite back, but scared the speed will be slow limited (right now digi amb speed quite fast). Dont know if digi limit speed for their infinite.

Right now still rnd on unifi bebas. Sofar connection stable although 7mbps at my area, but still, not enough speed for 6 user at my house. Hahaha. Thats why thinking to go back digi infinite. Anyone can share current speed either slowing or maintained?

I m using Postpaid 50, so far OK, both at home & workplace, but dunno why so many complains here, maybe Infinite 150 uses different method to connect ? I really dunno laugh.gif

some said normal postpaid are line faster internet vs infinite plan as infinite come with unlimited quota. normal postpaid have quota. the faster the speed the faster u finish quota, meanwhile infinite user has like 1TB quota to burn. only some able to hit that jack port line. some of use mid range user...

Despite unpleasant experience by others, I'm still getting good speed everywhere I go. I'm on holiday now since early of the month, back in Seremban house which has UniFi Turbo, so hardly use Infinite this month. However, I'm now back to my hometown in Port Dickson and brought back B618 with Infinite, speed is hovering around 70-100Mbps. Pretty good I must say. thumbup.gif

Of course if I go back PJ is much better la. laugh.gif

I really don't find normal quota postpaid and infinite 150 have any difference. It's ONLY your sense made them different.
If they're really different, then postpaid 190 will definitely be getting top-class network compared to postpaid 58.
Come to think of it, Digi is only caring subscribers but not congestion.

Hey gang! Anyone live nearby Permaisuri Cheras or Hartamas? How was the speed there? Anyone from Alor Setar mind sharing?

I am planning to use this plan since Im really getting annoyed with Webe/Unifi as it give u only 10gb free hotspot. I am a programmer and need to move a lot and also my house that i rent currently dont have wifi.

My question is, is it really worth it to use it as hotspot and also as a main phone line? Im thinking to convert my current number to Digi but afraid it is not worth it...
