  • Infinite 150 comes with 1TB FUP, speed capped to 10Mbps after that.
  • Torrent connections will be limited to 64Kbps.
  • Private IP will be provided, services and games that require public IP will not work.
  • Only Digi DNS, Google DNS will work properly
  • Download the MyDigi app. You can do a lot on the app which include lodging a complain.
  • Please put your modem near a window for the best performance.
Modem and Routers buying guide:
  • Getting an LTE+ which means routers that are CAT 6 and above are able to take advantage of Digi LTE+ network.
  • It is able achieve this by combining 2 bands (currently 2600Mhz and 1800Mhz) in order to have a better performance.
  • Most LTE modems will come with antennas. You can always purchase an external antenna to boost the signal.
Huawei E5186 Cat6 modem router ~RM600
• Get the s22a variant for LTE+ support. The s61a variant is not compatible with our Malaysia LTE+ frequency.
• Tools for Huawei E5186
• Firmware flashing guide for Huawei E5186
Huawei B618 Cat11 modem router ~ RM1000
• B618 discussion thread here
• Best modem to get currently at a higher price.
• Firmware update link. Thanks to fruitie. Only tested on 22d variant
• Please be aware that some models may be carrier locked, do verify this before purchase.

Factors that affect network performance:

1) Your device:
• Getting a new LTE modem especially a LTE CA capable one will have better performance.
• You might be having a faulty modem, try switching your SIM card with other modems.

2) Your signal coverage:
• If you are not within LTE-A coverage area or getting awful 1 bar signal, don't expect to have 20Mbps of speed.
• Consider placing your modem at a better spot.

3) Congested with other users:
• If you live in an area where there are a lot of Digi users, be prepared with network congestion.
• Even you have a 100Mbps modem, under serious congestion, you may not even get 5Mbps.

4) Timing:
• The network will be more congested at a certain time when there's a lot of users on the network. Bear with it, it is normally the fastest during midnight.

Check for LTE-A coverage on Samsung devices:
[attachmentid=8831039]
Only works with new Samsung phones with CA ability. (S7, S8 etc)

Recently speed only so-so - before this 4K streaming with no sweats. B3 busy, then jump to B7. and keep doing this all over again.

B618. I have tested both and still B618 wins in term of signal.

No, you cannot suspend the line yourself even if you drag the button, it's like "grey out" and won't respond.

You could just said the network is bad. Sometimes, also depend on Digi CS you talk to.
