Do you send it to TM or Huawei?

You can send it directly to Huawei and it will be much faster.

I sent to Huawei at Kuching service center. Tm looks like dunno how to claim warranty. Even worse. I have to use mobile tplink mr7300 now... Dunno how long will reach here. Past one week already

You have to follow up with Huawei. It is a lot quicker over here is Peninsula Malaysia.

I guess they need to ship it here hence the delay.

The second one looks more like a 3G/HSPA network. Lol.

Have contacted Huawei kch they said kl approved and then now item stuck at custom lol. Wait kl send after release.

How come Digi has band 5? Never heard of it before.

I only heard about the rumor that Digi is trialing band 1 for LTE though....

It's already gone i think,when i went to digi centre they said they stopped that plan like earlier this year and only people who subscribe to it before it's gone able to keep it or something idk

Hi guys, I have been subscribes Infinite 150 for 1 years and half. For first 7-8 month the speed seems satisfying, about 20-40 Mbps but lately I found out the speed is quite slow. The download speed I get around Max 10 Mbps, mostly around 5-7 Mbps. The upload speed very slow even SpeedTest cannot be run on upload test. I'm using Huawei E5180.

Can anybody advise on this. To whom should I complaint ? Digi Call Center ?

Im facing the same problem.. Complained to Digi through call & livechat but to no avail, nothing changed.. Considering to migrate out of Digi.

How was signal at your area ? Is it same for the early month of using the speed was okay but poor lately ?

My place don't support Unifi. Mind share what option are you considering besides Digi?
