Hi guys, I have been subscribes Infinite 150 for 1 years and half. For first 7-8 month the speed seems satisfying, about 20-40 Mbps but lately I found out the speed is quite slow. The download speed I get around Max 10 Mbps, mostly around 5-7 Mbps. The upload speed very slow even SpeedTest cannot be run on upload test. I'm using Huawei E5180.

Can anybody advise on this. To whom should I complaint ? Digi Call Center ?

How was signal at your area ? Is it same for the early month of using the speed was okay but poor lately ?

My place don't support Unifi. Mind share what option are you considering besides Digi?

Anyone experience this kind of disruption where certain websites are smooth, but others are bad?

Can see from my tabs, where going into lazada, yahoo mail. gmail have failed, but my youtube surfing is instant! I had to restart my modem and everything is smooth again, but after a while, the disruption appears again where sites fail to load, but youtube has no issue.

Do digi throttle users based on the website we access? I've used roughly 700gb of data this months. I called digi but they assured me no such throttle was being applied, but they insist I only use digi infinite 150 on a phone rather than on a modem.

I'm still having the same problem now. Only youtube is ok, everything else very erratic and unstable. Not sure if its digi problem, or my account.
