Is buying device bundle with digicelcom is currently best option? or others much cheaper?

discounted device upfront + plan upfront + [(discounted device installment + rateplan) x contract length]

versus

retail purchase + [rateplan x contract length]

for me, since i am (i) not planning to switch telco anyway, and (ii) not looking to upgrade/downgrade rateplan, discounted device have its own merit than outright purchase.

I am still having Infinite 100. Yesterday, my phone was connected to 5G. But the speed is not impressive, around 50-80mbps. 4G+ speed is better than 5G.

How about you guys?

I have upgrades to the CelcomDiGI One Pro Plan with unlimited mobile data 4G/5G. So far so good, as my 5G speeds are still faster than 4G.

Did celcomdigi personal call you or upgrade by yourself?

Saw at celcomdigi website RM50 rebate auto renew after 2years, how about the RM10 rebate? Did not mention at website

I returned to Malaysia after spending one month travelling overseas recently and noticed my signal changed from Digi to MY CelcomDigi. I have also been able to connect to 5G ever since ! I'm still on Digi Postpaid 150 Infinite plan.

HIi saw from the post that you said you are using the celcom One Pro postpaid, RM201 that include 1 unlimited 5G line and 300Mbps fibre.

im using Celcom One Pro plan too. im being charged for the 300Mbps fiber in the bill for 139, and no discount or rebate given to me in the bill.
i did call celcom to complain and they did the adjustment. but then the following month, im being charged with the 139 again. and again i have to call Celcom again. this happen for months since April 2024. now 2025 i have loss my patient.

I would like to know your experience with Celcom One Pro billing and seek your help. I wonder if you can share your bill to me, i want to see how celcom charge you the 139 fibre and how you get the RM139 rebate.
I just want to see the rebate part and the fibre billing portion, so you just need to crop that portion to me. no need to know your and and account number/ billing number.

Why downgrade from infinite 150 to CelcomDigi One Pro plan 260 (existing customer can get rebate) after rebate RM201, and it is more expensive than DiGi infinite 150 .

Now infinite 150 also have Unlimited 5G .

One pro is the one with fiber right?

Yes with fibre , but old infinite customer maybe can call them negotiate for better offer.

With i150, you have to pay separately for fiber
With one pro, you only pay extra RM50 (without sst)

But all this is really dependent on whether you need the fiber or not

nope all in one account, I pay i150 + fiber together= total RM155 only (without sst)

Definitely by far the best plan out there !
