Facing the same problem. Tried just about everything that's whithin my technical ability to do yet the same slowdown persists.
Called time up and they've scheduled on-site technicians to come over tomorrow.

Live chat them and they just reset but still same problem. Have drop them a message at messenger instead as live chat not very helpful. Hopefully can get this problem solved as im paying for 500mbps and not 10 or 50 mbps

i feels that TIME's speedtest server is having problem this few days
but actual speed have no problem

1) Reboot your ONU/ONT
2) Perform SpeedTest at different speedtest servers within Malaysia.

is it common that a 1gbps connection sometimes get only 100mbps up down randomly, on PC connected by LAN, ever since subscribed for 1 year plus few times in a month it will go down to 100mbps only.

You need a better LAN cable.

Stay away from anything longer than 10m unless you get really good cable.

I use WiFi 99% of the time and I rarely see it dips down below 700Mbps.

Soon time fibre will enter my condo,
I just subscribed unifi 30mb copper back in November 2021, and unifi unable to provide me 100mb speed

Therefore im interested in getting time, will time help to pay for penalty or early termination? Or unifi just waive the penalty ya

For new apartment, normally how long will it takes for time to be available? Newly vp and currently only unifi is available.

Better gather all ur apartment owner who want time to register interest. When there is more people it will be fast. My condo without time internet end 2018, early 2019 gathered owner who want to use time then JMB to direct engage Time then official come in July 2019.
