Hi, if your sub comes with a ONU (HG8240H5) then you can directly configure your Asus router. If you are given a ONT (HG8145V5/HG8145X6) then you will need to request the SI/CS switch it to bridge mode, if you want your Asus router to fully handle the routing.

Hi, I presume you want to change ownership, yes you can, just login to selfcare.time.com.my , go to Manage Plan > Transfer Ownership.

Hi, for ownership transfer, the package price is not affected. But there are still some very old customers whom are enjoying very "attractive" pricing despite more than 2 years, suggest you don't do anything. Thanks.

hi, yesterday i downgraded 500mbps to 100mbps, and it was effective straight today.

in my bill i already paid for the 500mbps for this month, why dont they switch it to 100mbps after 21/6/2022 but effective immediately?

feel cheated, live chat is non existant, anything i can do so i can get the 500mbps till end of the 21/6/2022 which i paid for?
