Hi guys, i am helping a friend to configure his home network.
From my understanding from reading quite a few pages of this thread we will need to call TIME to change the HG8145V5 to bridgemode so that we can use our TP-Link AX73 to control everything including pppoe dialing.
Generally how long does it take when calling CS to change to bridge mode and how is it done?
Do they need my friend to have a computer connected to the router and they remote to the computer to change the settings?
Or do they send a technician over to set?
Or they just do it through their back end with their tool or what not?
Also is it only during business hour 9am-6pm?
It is a new house and they haven't moved in yet so if my friend needs to be there for this to be done then need to arrange to go over.
