i had tried to request through self care, but seem like the portal have issue, i am unable to submit new relocate request.
Had contact support and they will need to escalate the issue.
Is there any chance i can arrange for relocate without using self care?

Had my whole fibre cable installation changed today. Really crossing every single thing I can and praying that there would not be anymore red LOS issues.

Had the same issue with both Netflix and Yahoo (Finance).

Gave the router a reboot (not power cycle) and now everything loads back as it's supposed to.

First step to troubleshooting anything, "did you try to turn it off and on?"

me oso kena on and off disconnect recently....but usually back to normal after 5-10 mins

I am currently using D-Link DIR-882 AC2600. (I'm on 500mbps package)
Wifi speed is just average.

Will this Omnimesh setup improve my wifi speed?

Hello, Huawei WA8021V5 is similar to AC1200 speed.
And TP-Link EC440 is similar with AC2600 just like D-Link DIR-882.

My suggestion is to get your own router instead if you want to improve the speed.
Get the Omnimesh setup if you want to improve the coverage instead of speed.
