Hi guys, what's a good mesh wifi set up that works well with Time?

On Shopee, seems like the TP-Link Deco M5 is popular. Would appreciate your expertise here.

A friend of mine gave me his old Asus Lyra, and I realized that my slow internet was due to hotspots around the house. However one of the 3 Lyra's isn't working anymore. So in the market for a new one.

Edit: Oh and I'm using the 500 mpbs plan.

What's your house size and budget?

I would like to recommend M9 Plus for your case.

Thanks.

Hi, any Time distributor for Penang Mainland, Bukit Mertajam area able to confirm if this is true?

So here is the story, Time contractors came and install their fibre cable infrastructure in my apartment back in June this year (Saw them install the cable and pull the cable to every floor). Unfortunately, until now there is no news from Time on when the service will be available.

Now here is where it gets interesting, when I ask my management, apparently TM is somehow preventing Time from providing their service because TM came and fix their fibre cable first (April - May). Is such thing possible? mad.gif

Lesson learned. If there's a message about high fibre reading from the self-care diagnostic page, don't report it in. Chances of getting your fibre cable messed up is very high. Red LOS a few hours after changing the fibre connector.

2 different techs on 2 different days.

Now I'm likely without internet until Monday.

Depending on your management in giving the permission.
Your management has rights to approve which company comes in. Usually by default is Telekom, because the existing phone lines from telekom.

You can terminate online via this link.

Take note there will be one month notice for the termination and RM500 penalty within the 24 months contract.

Thanks.
