Hello, Huawei WA8021V5 is similar to AC1200 speed.
And TP-Link EC440 is similar with AC2600 just like D-Link DIR-882.

My suggestion is to get your own router instead if you want to improve the speed.
Get the Omnimesh setup if you want to improve the coverage instead of speed.

Thanks.

Nope, starting from 8th December 2020.
New registrations will be given Huawei HG8145V5 2 in 1 Mesh Router for 100Mbps/500Mbps plan and TP-Link EC440 for 1Gbps plan.

Existing users will be able to get for free when you renew contract 24 months with 2 pack of Huawei WA8021V5 via Self Care.

Thanks.

Interested in the 100mbps package. The package now comes with Mesh-ready Huawei router, with optional 1 mesh device for RM169 extra.

Question is, would it be better to buy the mesh device for RM169, or I can upgrade to a better coverage router for the same amount of money? I'm staying in a 1100sqft condo with 3 bedrooms.

Hi, there's no need for you to settle that as the account is bind under your Tenant's name.

Feel free to refer to the latest package & revamped equipment.

Yes, it is compatible with TIME Fibre.

Most routers are compatible as TIME Fibre does not require special VLAN Tag setup.

Thanks.

Hi Guys,
Time is currently offering this omnimesh.
I am currently using D-Link DIR-882 AC2600. (I'm on 500mbps package)
Wifi speed is just average.

Will this Omnimesh setup improve my wifi speed?
Thanks in advance for your advice.

Oh, in that case. What's your current router model name?

I suggest you to get own router instead as the Mesh Node might not be suitable for 500Mbps.
Provide your budget and I can recommend as today is 12.12

Thanks.
