QUOTE(blacktubi @ Oct 9 2018, 10:40 AM) C2300 is not replacing C3150 just that C3150 is out of stock now. C2300 is out of stock too. OK. Thanks bro.C5400X is quad core vs C5400. Limited availability. Both also out of stock. I thought AC3150 discontinued liao. Should I upgrade now or wait until Wireless AX? Thanks. |

My connection speed gets 500Mbps when connected direct from router (AC1200 from TIME) to PC with CAT6 cable. However, when I connected via TP-Link Powerline TL-WPA8630P Kit AC1200 with CAT6 cable, my speed only gets 250++Mbps. On wifi speed also only get 200++Mbps, which is quite disappointed.
Is that common? I thought this Powerline can support up to 867Mbps with 5Ghz as per described on the box. My PC located another room, so I really need powerline to connect, I don't want to have super long cable connect from router to PC. |

Your router probably cannot support the speed. |

You have to get TIME installers to do it.QUOTE(kennyng77 @ Oct 9 2018, 08:48 PM) My connection speed gets 500Mbps when connected direct from router (AC1200 from TIME) to PC with CAT6 cable. Yes, power line is notoriously unreliable and sensitive to electrical noise. The value on the box is just marketing and theoretical maximum. Your only option is to get a more powerful router for wireless or the best is to have a wired AP.Is that common? Downgrade from 500Mbps to 100Mbps:
- Submitted on Sunday - Today (Tuesday) already downgraded 2 working days ... so effective I've questions about Voice Home Max package (add-on RM10 each month): Is there any way to track/check total minutes of calls I've been made? From selfcare? |

QUOTE(happyboy1234 @ Oct 9 2018, 03:11 PM) Hi Bro,Stil bit low. Try speedtest on other less congested servers Eg. Maxis, YTL etc. If still persists, copy the Direct ONU speedtest result and email them, mention you are on wired connection. We will need to proceed with other means of troubleshooting. Thanks. |

I'd be happy if I can get 200 to 300 mbps of stable connection. Any powerline I can use that would be a good pair for my Router and PC?

Speed got upgraded to 500Mbps, but still speed stuck at 100 or 120mbps only.
Thinking to downgrade. It stated if downgrade within contract , "12/24 months contract reset" Does that mean if I left 2 more month to contract end, then I downgrade, it will reset become 24 months back? |
