Sorry to say this: I worry later there are a lot of customer complaint that they cannot get 1Gbps with WiFi after installed, pay more but cannot enjoy the 1Gbps speed ... because not everyone will use network cable

Well, what will happen if TIME offer lower package plan for example:
50Mbps @ RM69...?
Because I still believe there are still a lot of people prefer pay less to get "resonable" speed

Later technician don't want go to install for 500Mbps or 1Gbps package

I have a questions for 100Mbps @ RM99 package, can I add-on RM10 for voice call 300 min ?
Is applicable?

1st important point is "how many people share?"? If 4 or more people use it, then everyone can enjoy youtube / online streaming smoothly. If just 1 or 2 person, depends on what the usage, if streaming movie/drama/youtube, now can stream higher quality (2k or 4k).
Another usage is download FHD, 2K or 4K (25GB to 50GB+) movies and can enjoy after maybe 5 or 10 minutes

I like what you said. That's why if TIME offer 10Mbps, 30Mbps or 50Mbps with lower price, I believe most of people still will choose TIME compare to other telco

Oh . The table really confused me.
So if I downgrade from 100Mbps @ RM149 to 100Mbps @ RM99.
Maybe after 1 or 2 months if I want to subscribe RM10 free 300min voice call, I just subscribe it thru selfcare website and will get free dect phone?
Does impact to current contract?

Wait, my previous plan is 100Mbps @ RM149 , so now TIME upgraded to 500Mbps @ RM139 with voice home basic (pay as you use) which still under 2 year contract. so if now I downgrade to 100Mbps @ RM99 and will force to reset 24 months contract, right?
So meaning if I subscribe "Voice Home Max" on Feb 2019, my contract reset 24 months start on Feb 2019 again?

- Today (Tuesday) already downgraded
2 working days ... so effective

I've questions about Voice Home Max package (add-on RM10 each month):
Is there any way to track/check total minutes of calls I've been made? From selfcare?

Only need to wait until statement come out? Or just view online for unbilled-statement?

I login my selfcare today and noticed that can get free 500min call and only activated today.
Is this call included both all M'sia fixed/land number and mobile phone number?
