Speed got upgraded to 500Mbps, but still speed stuck at 100 or 120mbps only.

Thinking to downgrade.

It stated if downgrade within contract , "12/24 months contract reset"

Does that mean if I left 2 more month to contract end, then I downgrade, it will reset become 24 months back?

Yes

Need help on TIME fibre installation on cabling... my building comes with VDSL infrastructure, so to install TIME, TIME will need to pull a fiber optic cable through my main entrance, I understand that normally the technician will drill a hole at the entrance wall for the fiber goes through correct?

But I am not allowed to drill any hole (tenancy agreement) at the unit. Can I request the fiber optic to go through the gap at the bottom of the main door? the door gap here is about 6mm, would install cable trunking to protect it..

Only TM drill the hole as per my experience before, don't know why they need to drill the hole as the apartment already have their trunking. When I change to TIME, TIME installer just use the trunking from outside my house into the house, and put out the cable from the hole its already have inside the house. No need to drill. Maybe need to drill if your apartment don't have the appropriate trunking system.

my building/unit doesn't come with the fiber optic trunking system so since I am not allowed to drill a hole at the entrance wall, my only option is to pull the cable through the bottom door gap doh.gif not sure whether it can be done... or TIME would insist to drill a hole? hope someone here can shed some light... notworthy.gif

2.My subscription auto upgraded to 1gb from 500mbps, does it means another 24-months contract locked? (Contract finished for 500mbps)

As you have VDSL infrastructure or copper phone line in apartment, installer will follow that same phone truncking to pull fiber in premise.
