Tried to call. Customer care... Nobody pick up.. Guess busy attending complaints

Internet just came back

TIME Internet just came back. LOL

I restarted everything, I disconnect the fiber GPON and reconnect it back still no luck. No wonder everyone were having down time.

Does TIME provide other router other than Archer C1200. Alredy on latest firmware version Build 20180502 rel.45702 since day 1 TIME activated for almost 4 weeks.
The wifi are very inconsistent, slow or not responding every now and then, slow website loading. Not even torrenting. Already tweak here n there and even reset.
Cannot tahan the problematic useless tp link router. Use old dlink 850L despite the exploit , every thing doing well since then , stable n responsive some website or app that took longb long time to load also working well except the poor coverage due to build in antenna which is ok. I have few dlink 850L and c1200 to experiment.
Can TIME allow us to choose other router brand,l with maybe abit topup is ok? This Archer C1200 v1 too buggy and tplink cant even solve the inherent problem till now since launch and but just release new version v2 or v3.
Normal ppl won't notice l the actual problem and just blame on poor service provide by ISP when the problem is the router itself.
TIME, i know u have alot of tplink stock. But why you want to jeapardize your service and reputation with such inferior product which even the manufacturer can't solve the problem, and asking your staff to tell its ok to have frequent intermittent connection ? Learning from TM or "Potong" ? Just stop providing this buggy C1200 and ask the manufacturer to switch another model. Not everyone are using this to just surf some website or fb/ig.
Even the cheap xiaomi wifi router runs better than this.

Guys. If you having frequent unresponsive/slow loading issue etc, replace the router provided by TIME so you have peace of mind.

does Time shape p2p such as utorrent/bitcomet clients?

after perform hard reset, my router no longer auto reboot...hopefully it last forever
