Eg: Slowness at night, typically 9pm--12am
Daytime, back to normal ?
B) Speed Peculiarity Happened on :
(i) speedtest showing extremely low speed (pics appreciated)
(ii) no issue streaming Youtube/Netflix/Vimeo
(iii) protocol preferenced at HTTP

Try disabling IPV6 and then try to browse to those sites again.

Are you using a Asus or TP-Link or other brand router with built in Antivirus.

For me those 2 sites give me the same error

If i remove https from the link, it properly hijacks and brings me to the router block page with a reason of "illegal site"
