Hi anyone facing slow or rather disconnected everyday at 2-6am in damansara? Finding it annoying and it’s the reason why I change from Unifi.. unifi tends to do the same..

Newly installed TIME Fibre Broadband RM99.
Does the package came with DECT phone?
The installer didn't provide the DECT phone, and I even don't know my package phone number.
Should I call TIME service center?

Hi. Voice Basic Plan doesn't come with DECT Phone.
Only Voice Lite and Max come with DECT Phone.
You can check the package phone number via Self Care.

ya same here.. has been with this router for 2 weeks.. every day auto restart for 1 or 2 times.. any solution guys??? any settings?

Hi, you can't 100% get rid of the intermittent connection drop issue as it is due to the buggy firmware.
Anyway you can only reduce it. Make sure you are if you are on Hardware v1.0
, the firmware must be upgraded to Build 20180502 rel.45702 (official)

Hence, for voice basic plan, the installer will install the telephone point and we can just use our own cordless phone? Thanks smile.gif

Yes, since phone set is not provided in Basic plan, you will need to connect your own phone set.

The followings are Voice Home Packages :

Voice Packages :
Basic --- No Free Phone, No Free Calls
Lite -- Add RM2.50/month, Free Cordless Dect Phone, Free 30mins/month
Max -- Add RM10/month, Free Cordless Dect Phone, Free 300mins/month

My current firmware version is already Build 20180502 rel.45702 since day 1 TIME activated which is 2 weeks ago..
But everyday the router still auto reboot 1-2 times, :-(
If this is the bug, why no body solve it and release more stable firmware? TP Link site no body know how to solve it? Quite disappointed..

Try perform a hard reset and re-setup the pppoe.

Just moved house, and still can't get full speed of 500mpbs and sometimes got spike 😭 So stress play game like this.

When near router, fastest wifi speed is 248mb download.
