Thanks. For anyone else that wants to know if Time permits the use of business-related activities, here's the relevant item from the documents.
Under Home Broadband Services ToS (

QUOTE

You are resposible for how the Service and the Service Equipment are used. Your use of the Service shall at all times be in accordance with the

And here's the relevant item from 4.1 General Terms (General ToS

QUOTE
4. CUSTOMER’S RIGHT TO USE THE SERVICE.
4.1 General. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing or as specified in the applicable Service Schedule, Customer may only use the Service in accordance with Applicable Law and for its own use only, and is neither permitted to sell, resell, hire, lease (including sublease), licence (including sub-licence), rent, offer, provide or sub-provision the Service, the Service Equipment or any portion thereto whether for consideration or otherwise to any third party nor use the Service for any fraudulent, unlawful, illegal or improper purpose or in breach of any applicable laws and regulations (local and international), including tampering, altering, adjusting, removing, diverting or
affecting the Service or the TIME Network.
The term
You should not use the Service for any trade, business or profession is very broad and vague and thus anyone who uses the service to do dropship, online e-commerce business or even work from home (profession?) is not allowed to use the service.
The only reason I'm asking is because aside from using a datacenter to host servers, Time service is really another option to consider (in a bandwidth context alone - for other reason to use a datacenter (redundancy, power backups, etc) is not our concern) and the fact that they can give 500Mbps bandwidth at the price of Rm139/mth (for comparisons with datacenter pricing - a dedicated bandwidth of 1Mbps usually cost Rm20 for local connections, and Rm150 for international connections) but since it's not even permissible to use it for other activities than own use than it's a no-go.
Thanks for the clarification.
p/s: and the fact that even the legal documents contains a typo, I wondered if the document is being enforced at all or not
