Ever since the speed upgrades, I have been noticing a lot of total connection loss to my condo.

Seems to happen more frequently at night, if I download a large file, then the connection will drop completely in my entire house, wired , wireless, different access points, totally gone.

Usually the connection will re-establish itself after 15-30 mins, occasionally if I reset the modem, it will reconnect quicker.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?  I am in Bangsar.

I suppose overload and overheating as this C1200 RAM is very less.
You're on 500Mbps? I may suggest you to upgrade if you cannot stand with the router that you're using.

Hello to those who have TIME internet at home,

I wanna switch from Unifi to TIME, but I will have to give up the HyppTV.

Any recommendation on TV Box that functions like HyppTV?

Note: I only watch the free channels (TV3, NTV7, 8TV), the other channels are not important.

Just moved house, and still can't get full speed of 500mpbs and sometimes got spike 😭 So stress play game like this.

When near router, fastest wifi speed is 248mb download.

I am planning to use it so came here to have a look on the advices.... Didnt know that many people complain TIME is down sometimes.....

2 outage is for how long time?

An update on this today is suppose to be the completion date on the upgrade
called again
now even better no news or updates CS don't even have a single clue about the status
No progress nor calls even to just let me know there's further delay.

This is utterly garbage feels like a scam from Time holding back my money for so long
could have gotten another ISP in the meantime that actually delivers rather than having to use
my mobile data for 2 month with extra charges

Same here. I would rather pay more with lesser speed if I can trade it with no downtime. In the 1 year I have time I had more outages compared to the 3 years I was with unifi and that’s really saying something.

Like i've said, it depends whether Unifi changed their termination policy or not because afaik the max they charged for early termination was RM500, that is why Time is offering RM500 rebate as incentive for u to switch provider.

Yes I already submitted the Ownership Transfer form and mailed it to HQ. They gave me a call when they received the form, but the thing is they didn't process the form. The account is still under my name for 4 months now.

Does most or all subscriers here always gets the max speed of your package? Like 100mbps for 100mbps package or 500mbps for 500mbps package? I feel like can only get the max speed when the technician is doing the speed test.
