If the stream is from Europe region, it’ll be slow. Connection to Europe is still not fully fixed but seems like it’ll be over soon.

Did you receive a message for the outage or it's just only you? If it is, try finding damages on ur fibre cable or monitor the fibre reading on the webgui. Mine had damaged fibre and the reading would degrade super badly during hotter temperature which causes packet loss, slow download until it disconnects.

didn't receive any msg but I'd checked with Time & it is confirmed the service was an outage in my area.
and wth, they didn't notify the customer at all.

Talking about fibre cable, I can see the cable from Time is thicker compared to my previous unifi & maxis.
But the internal fibre cable connected to my modem is very thin.

Last week 3 hours outage (P.Jaya), I get message on my phone.

Ok, IPTV service is a bit better, but still far from "normal".
Hope will be OK soon....

Usually internal cable is thinner and more flexible.

My old TM
TM FDP -> FWS outside house. uses black outdoor rated cable. Thinner than TIME, probably because they don't need to protect against rat etc.

FWS outside house -> FWS inside. uses the same type of cable as TIME(FWS outside -> ONT)

I heard new TM installation doesn't have a FWS inside anymore.

Seems like TIME is now actively adjusting routing to some China ISP
China Unicom [Not AS4837] :

China Mobile [Reduced Packet Loss & Latency during Peak Time] :

China Telecom :
Same , but according to my friend tested he found out that CT peak speed could achieve 100Mbps+ compared to last time <5Mbps

Seems like making complaint to TIME for routing issue does work, me and my friend made complaint few days ago regarding this issue.
My IP Range : 202.184.XXX.XXX

TIME to Singtel is rather congested now

Either that or there's traffic engineering going in

My latency test error was actually due to 9.9.9.11 dns, 9.9.9.9 was fine.

I seem to have no speed issue to Singtel rn.
